Why should I subscribe?

Do you really want to gather all the info and do all the charting yourself in your scarce spare time if you can have this service for less than a quarter a day?

 

How can I cancel my subscription ?

Your subscription will be automatically renewed after it expires.
Members can cancel their recurring billing subscriptions either at Verotel's cancellation website located at (https://www.vtsup.com/cancel) or just by simply contacting us (Subject "Cancel" and you login data).

 

Is there another difference between your visitors pages and the member pages except the updated charts?

In the member section there is an Indicators Watch column, a different page with Charts of Interest and a page with market cycles.

 

When do you update your charts?

Our charts in the Day Trader section are updated daily. All the other charts are updated weekly, usually on Saturday, but at the latest by Monday morning.

 

Some charts don't have the right date, why?

All the charts are up to date despite the fact that they might not always show the right date. This concerns charts with a time span of several years like the Precious Metals charts and Commitment of Traders charts.

 

Do you offer trial subscriptions?

No. Anybody could just download all the market behaviours for day traders and all the market cycles for free.

 

Do you offer a "money back" guarantee?

Because of the proprietary nature of our content we do not. Everybody can clearly see on our visitors pages what to expect; disappointments are impossible.

 

Do you send e-mails and informaton about your sponsors to your subscribers?

We do not have any sponsors and we have a strict anti-spam policy. We do not over-communicate with our members and we won't spam you at any time, nor will we send you any unsolicited e-mail. All you get is a letter of welcome and then you don't hear from us any more. Any messages to members are on the portal of the members section.

 

I'm not comfortable with sending my private info over the internet. What happens to our personal data?

All our billing is done by Verotel (Verza, Inc. Online Payment Solutions, 60 Federal Street 500, San Francisco, CA 94107; Phone: (415) 908-3792). Verotel utilizes a technology based on Secure Socket Layer (SSL) environment. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to any outside organizations, nor release such information.

 

Are you an advisory service?

We are a charting service, but we do comment the charts and give our members a second thought about things.

 

Do you phone your members?

No. We only communicate through e-mail. Any e-mails from our members are usually answered immediately, in the worst case within 12 hours.

 

Are there any other costs besides the subscription rate?

No.

 

Where are you located?
Global Futures is a registered off-shore company in the Republic of Seychelles for tax reasons. Otherwise we would not be able to offer our services at such a reasonable price.
