General matters

Why should I subscribe?

• Our reliable technical market indicators, charts and tools act also as a perfect and time saving source of information for experienced independent investors and market experts relying on technical analysis for less than a quarter a day – imagine you have to gather all the information on yourself!
• Our structured investment approach which is based on technical market analysis offers non-professional traders a coherent framework and sound technique for understanding the dynamics of the market
• We offer strong market recommendations relying on a transparent and traceable investment process based on proven and unique technical market indicators
• As investment advisor, we believe that it is absolutely essential, that our clients are able to understand our decisions making process as they may act accordingly on time if conditions have changed rapidly

Is there another difference between your free visitors pages and the member pages except the updated charts?

Besides the fact that in the member section all charts are up-to-date, there are also some additional features offered for members only. Members get full access to all updated charts, data and tools as well as to our weekly market comment! Non-members are only able to view the daily updated charts found on our Daily Market Indicators site.

Do you provide real time charts?

WallStreetCourier does not provide real time or streaming charts but we do provide auto-refreshing charts. These charts will be updated on a daily or weekly basis.

Do you protect users' privacy?

Definitely! WallStreetCourier will never give your personally identifiable private information to others.

Which markets do you cover?

We cover the S&P 500 and we do not provide any research or technical indicators for single equities. Additionally following markets (in USD) are covered by our Global Tactical Asset Allocation Strategy:

When are your charts being updated?

We have different kind of charts. Our charts in the Day Trader section are updated daily. All the other weekly charts are updated weekly, usually on Saturday, but at the latest by Monday morning. Our specific non-recurring charts are updated on an irregular basis.

Some charts don't have the right date, why?

All the charts are up to date despite the fact that they might not always show the right date. This concerns charts with a time span of several years like the Precious Metals charts and Commitment of Traders charts.

Do you phone your members or do you offer phone contact?

No. We only communicate through e-mail. Any e-mails from our members are usually answered immediately, in the worst case within 12 hours.

Why do you not offer more technical indicators?

We do provide more than 120 charts. After one decade of being an investment advisor we have made the experience that it is better to rely on those indicators we feel comfortable with and which do fit into our investment process. Of course we do expand our service but being a mass charting site is not our main target.

Where are you located?

Global Futures is a registered off-shore company in the Republic of Seychelles for tax reasons. Otherwise we would not be able to offer our services at such a reasonable price.

Subscription and payment matters

How much the does your membership cost?

1 month: USD 19.00

3 months: USD 49.00

6 months: USD69.00

12 months: USD 129.00 (Payment only possible by Paypal, see FAQ: "How can I pay by PayPal?")

Are there any other costs besides the subscription rate?

Absolutely, no.

Do you offer a free trial of your subscription services?

No, but new members that sign up can request a full refund within the first three days of their subscription period.

Will my subscription be automatically renewed?

Yes, your subscription will be renewed automatically and billed to your credit card at the beginning of each subscription period until you cancel the subscription. The cancellation can be done easily at any time (see "cancellation").

For the subscription, I'm not comfortable with sending my private info over the internet. What happens to our personal data?

All our billing is done by Verotel (Verza, Inc. Online Payment Solutions, 60 Federal Street 500, San Francisco, CA 94107; Phone: (415) 908-3792). Verotel utilizes a technology based on Secure Socket Layer (SSL) environment. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to any outside organizations, nor release such information.

Cancellation: I want to cancel my membership. What should I do?

Members can easily cancel their recurring billing subscriptions at any time just by simply contacting us (Subject "Cancel" and your login data).

If you cancel your subscription, you will immediately be removed from the automatic billing cycle. You will, however, continue to have access to our members section until the end of the current billing cycle.

We are very sorry to see a member leave. We would be pleased if you could send us a short email for the reason you left because we want always to improve our service and your performance.

How can I switch from a 1 month or 3 months plan to a 6 months plan?

You have to send us a cancellation email at the end of your membership and then you have to resubscribe again with your favored plan.

I don't have a credit card. Are there other ways of payment besides Verotel?

Yes. You can pay PayPal. See FAQ below.

How can I pay by PayPal?

Just send the corresponding amout (depending on your subscription length) to our Paypal ID:
We will send you the access codes as soon as we get the confirmation from PayPal - this may take up to one business day.

Technical matters

Can I export the data of your charts to another program like Excel?

Our indicators can not be downloaded.

I'm having trouble using your website and/or I do not see the updated charts. What should I do?

• Make sure that you have enabled support for cookies from our site and please do press F5 to make sure you see the actual site.
• Clear your browser's temporary file cache completely.
• Restart your computer.
