The WSC Sector Momentum measures the relative strengths of all nine SPDR Sector ETFs which are being used for the WSC Sector Rotation Strategy. As long as the gauge of this indicators remains above 0, the S&P 500 remains in a mid-term uptrend. In addition, this indicator acts as risk-management tool for the WSC Sector Rotation Strategy. If the gauge of this indicator is below 0, the WSC Sector Rotation Strategy will switch to its most defensive allocation.
